The treatment begins with a consultation with our specialist, who will assess your degree of hair loss and provide you with a reasonable course of action to achieve your desired results. During the procedure, blood is taken from your arm and then spun in a centrifuge to separate the red blood cells from the platelet plasma. The injection site will be treated with antiseptic, and the area around the injection site will then be covered with a topical local anaesthetic for approximately 25 minutes. The PRP will then be injected into the scalp using aseptic technique and a very small needle in the desired location. Multiple injections will be administered in sequential sequence at various points.
