Micro needling or Collagen Induction Therapy is a safe aesthetic treatment that involves the use of a device with small needles to create microtrauma by puncturing the skin at a certain depth. The Harley Street Pro Pen, which we use at our clinic, is an effective tool for this process.

During the procedure, the piercing of the skin triggers the wound healing response, leading to the production of new collagen and the breakdown and removal of old collagen. This process can be particularly helpful in improving the appearance of scar tissue and stretch marks, skin rejuvenation, age spots, cellulite, acne, hyperpigmentation, and the overall appearance of the skin.
1. Treatment —
PROCEEDURE & HEELING PROCESS
The wound-healing process has three phases: inflammation, proliferation, and remodelling. The Harley Street Pro Pen is used with a high percentage of hyaluronic acid serum to create hundreds of microscopic puncture wounds on the region of concern, stimulating the body's natural repair mechanism and turning on the creation of collagen and elastin. The depth of the puncture is carefully determined by our specialists, and erythema and blood spots may be evident during the procedure.
After the treatment, to prevent infection, the treated area should not be touched, or any products used on the skin for at least 12 hours. Hyaluronic acid serum and moisturizer can be used after therapy to support skin remodelling. The treated area may remain warm and red for up to 48 hours after the procedure, and erythema usually decreases within 24 hours. Our skin specialists will provide you with specific post-treatment advice.
2. Treatment —

We recommend a course of three treatments, and our specialists will carefully examine your skin to determine if you are a candidate for the procedure.
