STUDY & APPLICATION OF CHEMICAL PEELS

Price: £499    |     Duration: 1 Day    |     CPD Credits: 8

This comprehensive course provides students with in-depth training on the fundamentals of performing chemical peels using various types of acids. Chemical peels involve the use of irritant chemicals to remove dead skin cells and stimulate the growth of new skin cells on different body parts such as the face, neck, back, hands, and shoulders. The course emphasizes the importance of selecting the right peeling agent, pH level, strength, and proper application techniques to achieve the desired depth of penetration.

Chemical peels are a technical procedure with a potential risk to the client's skin, due to the variety of peeling agents available. However, they are a cosmetic treatment that can effectively address a range of skin problems, including hyperpigmentation, collagen loss, acne scars, wrinkles, age spots, and photoaging. Upon completion of this course, students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to safely and effectively perform chemical peels tailored to meet the individual needs of clients with different skin conditions.
