The course emphasizes the importance of selecting the right peeling agent, pH level, strength, and proper application techniques to achieve the desired depth of penetration.

Chemical peels are a technical procedure with a potential risk to the client's skin, due to the variety of peeling agents available. However, they are a cosmetic treatment that can effectively address a range of skin problems, including hyperpigmentation, collagen loss, acne scars, wrinkles, age spots, and photoaging.
